“Simple,good and noisy”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2012

I stayed here for just one night from saturday to sunday. There is a parking lot free and other payed.Lobby area is nice and simple and breakfast very good. The basic rooms are small as the bathroom.Beds are confortable but even at 10th floor noise from cars are really bad for a light sleeper.Location is good and there is a small gym and pool at the top

Room Tip: Use ear plugs if you are a light sleeper

We arrived in Brasilia after 20 hours of flights from Europe that is why we were able to sleep. The sources of the noise are cars on the street and the outside air conditioning units. The hotel is located at the crossing of the main street, via N and S, and via W. Close to the TV tower and two shopping malls. We walked ca. 4 km to the Supreme Federal Court building, the farthest palace on the road and ca. 500 m to the TV tower in the other direction. After having seen the room and hearing the noise the breakfast was a positive surprise. Fresh fruits, yoghurts, pastries, no complaining. If the room has 2-3 stars, the breakfast had 4 ones. Reception was helpful, we spent two hours in the lobby waiting for our departure flight and it was relaxing, calm.

All the other hotels seemed to be located near the streets and all looked the same modern buildings therefore I do not know if I could recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, the price was reasonable, but I would definitely choose a room on the other side of the building.

This hotel was built in 2008, making it relatively new in Brasilia. Hence, unlike many of its neighbors it does not have the run down feeling that is common even at more expensive places.

For example, the TV is an (admittedly small) flat screen, which is not the standard in Brasilia, where cathode rays are common; the linens are clean and white, the a/c is mini-split so not noisy (again better than its peers), although it was not very powerful, at least it was not noisy.

Water heaters were very good as well as illumination. Internet was free and plug in, which made fast enough for skype calling. Breakfast is included in the price.

A minus is the uninspired restaurant, but in its favor, you can cross the street and get dinner at fogo do chão.

The hotel has a nice roof-pool with awesome views all around. All in all a good option considering the price.

Room Tip: The main avenue is a bit noisy, but has the nicer views of the radio tower and the cathedral, so cho...

I had been at Nobile Suite Monumental at Brasília, from november the 30th to december the 4th, 2011. On december the 1st and the 2nd, at least a fine pen and a pair of ray ban lenses had been stolen from my room. I asked the chief administrator of this hotel to ask the police and to take the necessary measures to clarify this situation. Nothing was done to identify the the thief. I had not any answer from the administration.

Stayed for 2 nights, basic furniture, very-very basic breakfast, nothing special which is linked to the "Suite" in their name, small room, about 3 m wide only, 3x5 m proximally, not very spacious.
At night the room started to make some noises, probably cause by low temperature of a air condition.

Room Tip: Stayed at room 715, change it, because of a leaking from the tap in bathroom, Room 718 was ok.

The "suites" can be called such because they have a small "kitchen," with sink and microwave and cabinets, though no plates or silverware (maybe they can be requested). The actual living area is small. The bed is a "casal" and if there are two people there is not much room. Bathroom is small but serviceable. There is an in-room safe (though, curiously, it's not secured to the closet and nearly fell on my wife's foot). The TV is small, but does swivel so you can watch it from either the bed or the kithchen/office desk area (note: the channels listed on the card are not entirely accurate; e.g., it showed CNN, but CNN is not one of the channels incuded).

The rooftop pool is a very small and narrow one for short laps. There is also a small sauna (really steam room) and event area for playing cards, even having a meal (if they open the kitchen for you). There is a good view of of the huge esplanade. There is a smallish shopping center within walking distance. The free breakfast is okay (an emphais on sweets and breads, however). Lunch and dinner are available, but it's a pretty quiet and sterile atmosphere. There are several restaurants in nearby hotels and the aforementioned shopping mall. The TV tower viewing platform, and large fountain, are within a short walk. The convention center is not a short walk, but easily doable. We were there for a convention with someone else paying, so can't comment on whether the rooms are worth the price. I did hear some street noise occasionally, but not enough to interrupt my sleep. The lobby, under renovation was pretty grim. There is a "business" center in the lobby but you must pay to use the PCs, even as a guest. Computer use in the rooms is through an Ethernet cable and is free.

Service at the front desk is good. Any problems in the room, such as the safe and the TV, were quickly resolved. One warning: be careful of the elevator doors, as they shut with force (don't use your warm to stop them).

Room Tip: Get a room facing away from the busier streets.
