Great hotel for a worn out business traveler....I actually was able to sleep the night through on the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on.
The Copperleaf is a real treat. The suite I stayed in a block away from the P.A.C. was quite comfortable. From the lamps to the bedding...nothing but top rate.
As newlyweds, we thought a stay at the Copperleaf would be a nice mini-vacation for our first Valentine's Day together. We made reservations by phone in late January. On arrival, the front desk could not find our reservation. While they did make a thorough search for any information, address, phone number, similar name, they did not find the reservation. The most upsetting part was that the desk staff was apathetic about the situation. "I'm sorry but we can't find your reservation. There's nothing that we can do," was the response that we received. Needless to say, our first married Valentine's Day was completely ruined by the Copperleaf.
