A group of three of us wanted to have a couple of drinks on appetizers on the bar patio on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. We were treated very poorly from the beginning. We walked out to the patio behind the bar. There were open tables. The waitress immediately told us we couldn't be out there unless we checked in with the hostess. Her tone of voice and demeanor were condescending and patronizing. We went back to the hostess who told us to wait at the bar and someone would come get us. We had a drink at the bar, but felt like we were only a nuisance. The waitress came back about 45 minutes later and gave us permission to go back outside. We had already paid for our drinks and decided our money would be better spent somewhere else where customers come first. This restaurant has potential because of its atmosphere and location, but it is compromised when the staff doesn't make customer service a priority.
