I'm all for a vibrant business...but I think they should look over their waiting policies. We had heard the food was good, so we called and got on the "call" list for 8pm. We arrived at 7:10, checked in with the hostess, and then waited, and waited, and waited in the extremely overcrowed bar area. The bar, foyer, and in to the restaurant area was packed with people waiting for tables.
We waited until 8:45 and after 2 glasses of wine per piece, checked with the hostess on our reservations. We were told that we had a 45 minute wait yet.
Again, I'm happy to see a business thrive, but disappointed that we couldn't get seated after a 2 hour wait and a "reservation" on the books?! Maybe they shouldn't seat walkins if they have a full house on the books?!?
Carmella, we probably won't be back.
