OK.... I will tell my history with this horrible hotel detailed. Was a horror one day stay over there.

Me and my girfriend chose it because the low price (about U$30). In website it looks ok, so I was expecting a good stay.

For my surprise, the terrible service begins when we arrived. It was 05:30AM, and no one at recepcionist. We took our luggage inside the hotel and wait a while for somebody to come. I'd ask about a half-price because I arrived at 05:30AM. They said: "From 06:00AM you can pay just half diary". When I told him was just lacking 20 minutes for 06:00. hey said again: "If you enter now, you will pay full rate. You have to enter 06:00 for paying half price". Now was just because 15 minutes. And I got sleeping on lobby.

OK. 06:00AM, time to go to our room. Nobody to take our luggage. The Hotel looks so bad (was build in 80's and never was remodelled). We enter in the room, I had to go back in the lobby to take the other luggage (no one helped me any time).

About the room? Is unbeliavable. The bed sheet was smelling as somebody had pee on it. You cannot imagne the smell. i was very shy because my girlfriend was angry with me about my choice. The bathroom was very small, and has a innundation (water all over the room, came from the bathroom).

I was feelig so bad in that room. When I was going to bathroom, I was avoiding to touch in walls and objects inside it.

OK. We woke up. We went to the beach far away and after to shopping. I was very help me because I was very far away from IBIS. I complaining to all taxi's driver about the Hotel condition, and they all said about everybody complaining.

It was night. Time to go back to our IBIS's nightmare. It was 07:00PM and was time to take a show to go to a festival at city. I didn't have courage to take a shower again on that room. You guys cannot believe on it, but I didn't take a shower. I promise my self, I would leave that room with my girlfriend as faster as possible.

So I called the frontdesk and ask for a yellow book. They said: "We cannot take to your room, you have to pick it up". OK. No problem to me, I was just wanting to find a new hotel on yellow book and leave the hotel. I went to the lobby, and when I said I was taking the book to the room and after I use it I would give back to them. For my surprise: "You can't take the yellow book. You have to read it, in front of us". They was treating me as a thief.

I took a piece and paper and got 5 hotel's telephone number. When we called Luzeiros, we didn't care anymore about the price (i payed U$120 daily). I was just looking for a hotel were I could be treat as a real human.

AVOID this hotel Just stay there if you don't have any option. The pictures on IBIS website is completely different from the real IBIS.

Was the worst hotel experience in my whole life. After this day, when I go somewhere, I make sure I will never find a Hotel as Ibis. Ibis in my life is a reference in bad hotel. When my girlfriend or me, go somewhere that don't like we always say "Ibis's nightmare is back"!!!
