Due to the good reviews we wanted to stay here for our last nights in the US. We were here a week before but it was full then (stayed in Homestead Studios Tukwila instead). There were only smoking rooms available, but the room, more a mini-suite was so nice, that we decided to stay here for two nights. (Hope that soon all hotels rooms will be smoke free!) Can agree with all the reviews before. Spacious room, beautiful view on Mt Rainier, coffee/thee maker, fridge, microwave, comfortable beds, soft towels, two relax chairs and good breakfast in the morning. Especially the (older) lady who works in the breakfast area is very kind.

If you don’t bring your own laptop, there is a computer in the business center with free Internet access. There is a mall a short drive away. We felt lucky we didn’t follow the advice of the front desk staff. On our question how long it would take to the airport in the morning, they said only 20-25 minutes. We thought it would be much longer in the morning rush hour and so it was, it took us more than an hour. Because we had foreseen this, we arrived on time. We enjoyed our stay very much and can truly recommend this hotel.

With all of the new remodels and not to mention the new 40 rooms. I couldn't belive the resonable price I paid for such a luxurious hotel. I stayed in one of the new additions. Flat screen mounted T.V.s, comfortable beds, and stylish decor. I definitly will be making a few personal trips just to stay at this hotel.

I've been staying at the BW Peppertree Inn for several years and am always treated like a long lost family member coming home. The staff are all pleasant and willing to help with anything. Most hotels have tension when you walk in - no one wants to be working. Not the Auburn Best Western. You can tell they all want to be there. And they want you to be there, too. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the maids are wonderful, too.

“Have always enjoyed my stay!!”

Best Western Peppertree Auburn Inn

Oct 16, 2005

I have been staying at the Peppertree Inn since 1999. The staff has always been friendly, and the hotel clean and quite. I have stayed in a variety of different types of rooms depending on my or my family's needs at the time, and have always been satisfied. My last stay, we found that the hotel was in the midst of adding an additional 40 rooms. A little extra dust, a little extra noise, however what can you do during construction? They must be doing something right in order to need to add that many more rooms. I plan on staying again soon, and have been told by friends that the construction is complete and the new rooms are great.

My two teenage daughters and I stayed in a queen suite at the BW Peppetree Auburn Inn. The room was huge, very clean, comfortable beds, and a nice view of Mt. Ranier (we were on the 4th floor). The lobby is beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. The indoor pool and spa were nice with plenty of extra towels. The breakfast was great - plenty of choices (6-9 am). Hot and cold cereal, bagels, muffins, beverages. You could make your own waffle (2 big waffle irons...took about 2 minutes per person). There was a make-your-own-souffle area with ham, bacon, veggies, and cheese to put into your bowl, add the eggs, and then microwave for 90 seconds. No fresh fruit but there was juice, canned peaches and fruit cocktail. The staff kept everything full and clean, and it was a nice big pleasant room. There was still a little bit of finish construction in progress (carpet trim, etc.) but no noise, glue smells, etc. Bonus: This motel is about 1/2 mile from the Super Mall of the Northwest, a large mall that is a combination of outlet and regular retail stores, with a food court. Good shopping! The motel is across a parking lot from a BBQ restaurant that was very busy on Friday night so I'm guessing was pretty good, though we didn't eat there. (Room had microwave and frig, by the way). Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again if we are in this area.
