This was an affordable motel, very clean and quiet, with lots of free food sitting around. The lobby had bowls of fruit and cookies when we checked in, and waffles, biscuits and gravy, fruit, danish, yogurt, etc. for breakfast. Although the inn was about full (with Motley Crue concert-goers, no less), we did not hear any sounds on any side of us, and I am very noise-sensitive! The staff that we saw was very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom was a little small, but the shower was nice and hot, with decent water pressure.
Some reviewers claim this motel was dirty, and I wonder if they could have been at the same place. Everything I saw, from the lobby to the parking lot to the rooms, was spotless. (I also do not tolerate "funny smells" very well, and let me tell you, I didn't smell a single weird thing!) Be warned: there is a train track fairly nearby, although I didn't wake up once to the sound of trains.
