“Our extended stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 13, 2013

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our three weeks at the Inn. We were so pleased with the attractive, comfortable accommodations. of Matt and Caren, the innkeepers, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We trully felt completely at home and highly recommend.

Room Tip: We stayed in three of the rooms on the second floor and liked them all!

A HUGE "Thank You" from the Sammamish High School Boy's Swim & Dive Team !!!! Matt & Crew~ Our stay was BEYOND our expectations. Being able to rent the WHOLE Inn for our Bellevue team was so nice. It was Warm, Cozy, Clean and Inviting. The HUGE plus is every room has it's own bathroom :) Bringing teenage boys and having them stay in rooms 7 & 8 with flat screen TV hook-ups for their Play Stations/X-Box'es and Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer (wet swim towels) was PERFECT!!!! The swimmers woke up to a HOT catered breakfast buffet.........that was absolutely delicious!!! We warmly appreciate all the "Extra's" the Inn was able to provide!!!

Room Tip: The 3rd floor boasts 2 connecting rooms (7 & 8) w/ Full Kitchen/Baths/Washer & Dryer...

Thank you, thank you, thank you! We loved having your group at the Inn... being swimmers ourselves, your boys brought back great memories of our own swimming days! We hope to see you all again!

Our Pacific North West cycling trip took us from Sidney, BC to Anacortes, WA. Assuming that there would be plenty of options for places to stay, we waited until we were on the ferry to make reservations. How wrong we were. We had picked the weekend of Oyster Run which is a yearly motorcycle rally. Every hotel in town was booked. At the final hour, I called the Nantucket Inn and Matt answered. They had one room left due to a last minute cancellation. We rode into town and settled in for the night with 20,000 motorcycles and our bicycles. People staying there were super friendly and we ended up having a terrific time. We met Matt in the morning as he served breakfast. I'd stay here again and again. It's a nice change from chain hotels when traveling and the proprietors are lovely people.

Room Tip: We stayed in the largest room, the "penthouse". Any of the other rooms would be nice as w...

Matt and Caren McKay (we understood the new innkeepers) are excellent hosts. They gave us all assistance we needed and offered some more. Our room in the first floor with en suite bathroom was absolute clean, very comfortable and best equipped. The breakfast was very good. The house is located at the end of the town in a large wonderful garden. At night we did not hear any traffic. We enjoyed our stay at this B&B from the first until the last minute. Tank you very much Matt and Caren!

This was our second time staying at the Inn. This time we chose room 4 with a balcony that had views of the mountains and bay. The inn is located on a convenient main street at the top of town. It makes it really easy to find and allows for great views. The great room is a relaxing place to hang out and read, or watch TV by the fire. Our bed was super comfy and the room was huge. After being on the road for more than a week, it was nice to spend a few days just chillin at the Nantucket and exploring the surrounding area. Many BNBs are so jammed with antiques, glass knicknacks, stuffed animals, Giant rose wallpaper everywhere, and "don't touch" kind of furniture, it is hard to relax, especially if you have kids. The Nantucket furnishings and decor have just enough charm without making you feel like you might break something if you touch it or throw up from the dizzy wall paper patterns. I would love to rent all 8 rooms out for a family reunion in the future. Thanks Matt and Caren for a great stay!

Room Tip: If you can afford the extra $$ go for room 4. We love the penthouse too with the small kitchen, laun...

My husband & I stayed 5 days at the Nantucket Inn while visiting family. It was built in 1925 and has such charm & ambiance. The living room had a big screen TV, fireplace and lots of room for seating. Our room on the first floor was clean, bright and spacious. There is a kitchen and a dining area & formal dining room which is so pretty. There is a beautiful outdoor area with a large gazebo. The innkeeper Matt was wonderful and did everything he could to make us feel at home. We would definitely recommend this place whether it be for a couple or a family gathering.

Room Tip: There is a beautiful, spacious room on the second floor with a balcony that overlooks Puget Sound.

My wife and I had a great stay at the Nantucket Inn. The service was just right and the location was easy to find. We loved the old building and how all the rooms were different. Everything was clean and having access to kitchen use was also handy, even though we didn't actually need it. Many, many thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Room Tip: All the rooms were nice actually. I would recommend just asking about the rooms and what they offer...
