My wife and I ate here (after reading great Travel Zoo reviews) when in Anacortes for an Island Adventures whale watching cruise. We decided on the Greek Platter for Two ($50)...which could easily have fed three or four! It came out from the kitchen on a gigantic metal platter and included: rice, calamari, chicken and lamb souvlaki skewers, moussaka (a sort of eggplant lasagna), grilled vegetables, dolmathes (ground lamb stuffed grape leaves), spanakopeta (filo spinach turnovers) and avgolemono (egg/lemon/chicken) soup. We washed it down with a half liter of Greek white wine. All was incredibly delicious. Our servers were all very friendly, well-mannered and professional young men. Before leaving, we spoke briefly with the very kind matron owner of the restaurant (whose husband is the chef). She brought us a couple of complementary containers of rice pudding to take with us. We had a fabulous time at the Greek Islands. Total price including tip was $93.00. By the way, the quaint little house it's in is surrounded by wonderful gardens of flowers, fruits and vegetables.
