To begin with, depending on what site you use to book this hotel, the address is listed as Spokane, Washington. When I arrived late on Friday into Spokane, I drove for an hour through neighborhoods looking for this hotel with no luck. I finally called and was told that "everyone makes that mistake" and I needed to go to Airway Heights, which is a town west of Spokane. Upon arriving I noticed a line of classic hot rods all parked along one side of the building. I requested to be as far from those cars as possible because I didn't want to be awoken early due to my late night arrival. The parking lot was only half full so I figured it was not a problem. The clerk told me I was no where near those cars. My room was in fact right above them. First thing in the morning the cars cranked up and sat there idling for quite some time. Then, I started smelling cigarette smoke. I went into the bathroom and I had smoke drifting in through a vent. After a quick shower (no shampoo, just a bar of soap and a couple of tiny towels) I went to check out. I asked why my room would have rancid cigarette smoke coming through a vent and was told that the hotel had 4 smoking rooms and I was right next to them. The experience was terrible and I will not be back. In the future I will spend a couple of dollars more and stay somewhere where the customer matters.
