As a Company when we look for Hotels for our employees, we look for hotels that mirror our Customer Service Values. This Hotels customer service agents were evasive,un-professional and were not interested in helping our business with some of the most simple requests. When we asked for a supervisor call back they responded "Good Luck getting a call vack" Our Employee did request a call back and as of today No call back has occured.

If your looking for a hotel in Aberdeen your better off Making a trip to the Coast....I am sure this is not an isolated issue. Keep looking... Best of luck with your travel arrangements.

We were suprised to find a hotel of this quality in Aberdeen, Washington. The price was definitely right - $89 for a king bed room - and everything was extremely clean. The continental breakfast hit the spot. The plumbing was noisy, however, and we noticed every time someone in rooms near us turned on the shower. But all in all, a very good value and we would recommend.

Well I must admit that when I am in town, I don't stay here all the time because it is pretty spendy compared to the other places in town. I do love this property though. The lobby is very fancy, but not too fancy. Their continental breakfast is very decent. The rooms have a burgundy and green theme and they always smell pleasant. The beds are very comfy and the bathrooms are large. In fact the rooms seem alittle larger than typical hotel rooms. The pool is nice (I think the only hotel pool in town). If you are lucky you will get a view of the Wishkah River. They do charge a bit of a hefty pet deposit (refundable....I think). It is probably the most expensive place in town but it's worth it!

I didn’t expect this high quality in Aberdeen -- but the GuestHouse is quite excellent! The personnel were friendly, informative and accurate. My room was large and scrupulously clean, with a galley kitchenette including fridge, microwave, sink, tons of cabinets, and a small table with two chairs. Had a large bright bathroom with lots of towels, toiletries and hair dryer, and a ton of counter space. Pretty quiet air conditioning. Comfy bed and pillows. I had a room facing the street and it was very quiet.

The hotel has a pretty large indoor swimming pool, which seemed to have happy users of all ages the couple of times I glanced in. There are dozens of retail resources within very short driving distances either east or west, from restaurants to gas stations and stores.

I will absolutely recommend this hotel to friends, and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Aberdeen. Excellent!
