I cancelled my reservation 3 days ahead and they still charged me! I called and tried to get my money back and after three weeks of trying to get it taken care of they said they would not refund my money!

This property is a good value for your dollar but it depends on what time of year you stay here. If you stay in the off season it's a great deal, if it's the busy season you might as well spend 10 extra bucks a night and stay over at the Guesthouse. The rooms are pretty big, but they always feel cold when you first enter. Luckily the heaters work good. The beds are not the best, but it is a place to sleep. The rooms need renovations in my opinion. They have a decent continental breakfast. Overall this place is decent........not the Guesthouse but not a dump.

On the main road through town, A great location. The check in process was way too long. The rooms are very outdated, the furniture is old and should be replaced. the beds were comfortable. Our room smelled very badly, we called the office and they did apologize, yet the lady stated that she could change me rooms but...It would probably be no better.!!!!

Clean, comfortable room, close to eating and shopping. Free Breakfast. New but very uncomfortable bed. Didn't get much sleep on this one.

Nice room, shame it was 10 feet from the noisy main road and with a bathroom window that wouldn't lock, despite the big security notices over the place.

Thought the reception staff were buisier doing other things than to offer a courteous service. The hotel can't be that bad, they couldn't offer us an alternative room so we left. A bargain at $59 if you can sleep through anything, if not try elsewhere. Not up to the usual Red Lion / WestCoast standard.
