I recently dined here for breakfast and I was disappointed with the service. After being seated, the staff did not know who had our table, which delayed drinks and service. After the problem was solved, our server was still lacking on his skills required to please guests. A server on across the room would come by our table and clear plates, freshen coffee, etc. and I would have preferred to have given my tip to her. The food never disappoints at Cracker Barrel.
