THE BAD:This visit had a rough start with the discovery of undergarments/clothes left in the drawers as we unpacked after a long day [Totally freaked my wife out!]. A squeaky ac unit and non working telephone were fixed quickly by the service tech the first night.This hotel has had a lot of mileage put on it and needs a total makeover. Worn/loose carpet with holes was my biggest complaint.
THE GOOD: The staff is over the top at this hotel. They made our stay enjoyable with their top notch service.Very helpful in extending our stay one day due to weather. Breakfast staff /shuttle service were always there when needed.
