“Very impressed”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 15, 2013

Great food, great service. Short wait on a weeknight. Had the special, Mahi Mahi on cilantro rice and it was very good. Trendy and popular place, it's busy because it's good.

“Great Teriyaki Steak.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 30, 2013

This place is close to where we live and we often visit this resturant. Great location for a place like this since it is walking distance to the movie theater as well as a variety of shops. Often crowded. Very nice indoor and outdoor seating. Also a good place to sit at the bar. Waiters a have always been good. Price is reasonable for location. Lobster Bisque is a great choice as well as the Teriyaki Steak.

“Nice neighborhood restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2013

Was travelling on business and dined alone on a Monday night. You can call ahead but there there was no wait. The restaurant is in a nice shopping/office complex but the parking is a bit of a walk across the grass or from the free parking garage around the corner. Not bad in good weather. There is a large patio for outdoor dining which has a low wall with a railing so you feel removed slightly from the pavement but don't feel claustrophobic. The wait staff was extremely attentive and appear to work on a buddy system - everything moved quickly and smoothly. The calamari ($9) was lightly breaded with some breaded jalopeno peppers half over a marinara sauce, the other half over a tasty cream sauce. I had the penne with chicken, shrimp & chorizo ($16.50) which was also nicely flavored in a slightly spicy sauce. I could only eat half of it after the appetizer, but probably could have eaten it all without one. Although I didn't want bread, it looked like a nice selection. There were some families with older kids but mostly adult clientele. The menu is not very large but there is a nice selection of sandwiches, salads, burgers, and entrees. Certainly enough to choose from.

“Good Place for Sunday (or ANY day) Brunch!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2013

Situated in a charming little village, Brambleton, the Blue Ridge Grill in Ashburn is an ideal spot for brunch---not just Sunday! Comparing it to the Blue Ridge Grill in nearby Leesburg, VA, the atmosphere is quite different---much cooler---but the service, equally friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the Eggs Benedict and nibblers that resembled strips of beneigt (New Orleans-style donut with confectioner's sugar) were a nice touch with a good cup of coffee. It's a bit off-the-beaten-track, but if you were attending a movie at the nearby theater or using the sports facility, it would be quite convenient.
