Super clean, very quiet, terrific bed, and very helpful and personable staff. My flight into Reagan National arrived before 10 am. I caught a taxi to the hotel and was there in under 10 minutes. While I didn't expect my room to be ready for hours, I asked if it was possible for an earlier check-in when I arrived. They told me they would have one ready in an hour! I hadn't yet eaten, so went to their restaurant and ate the breakfast buffet, which was great. Again, service was excellent, also. Just as I was about to pay for my breakfast I received a call from the front desk that my room was ready for me. How terrific! I chose to stay here because I wanted to be close to the Metro to enable some sight seeing before my conference started the next afternoon. The short walk to the Metro was very easy, as was the walk across the bridge over into Georgetown! I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Vacation visit. This was our first time to DC. Loved the location. Staff was very helpful. Public transportation around the corner, although we did rent a car. Don't forget there is an additional charge for parking. Clean room. Was a bit surprised I could hear others as clearly as I did.

This was my 4th trip to Washington and I thought I'd try staying in Arlington, I got into town quicker this trip, than all of the places I have stayed in town before. A few mins walk from the Rosslyn Metro. Hotel was clean and quiet, bed comfortable and I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting for vacation.

Ask for the upgraded rooms and you won't be sorry. The staff always treats you like you are a member of their family, friendly and caring.

The breakfast buffet has made-to-order omelets, national favorites and treats for international tastes. The Dinning Room was above average for dinner.

Annoyances were charge for WiFi access and limited TV programming, with pay-per-view TV emphasized instead.
