I've been here twice now. Once for carryout and once for sitdown. The carryout was kind of so-so, and I almost didn't go back, but I'm glad I did.
The salsa is different than your normal Tex-Mex restaurant, but in a good way. It's got a nice smokey flavor to it. The chips were light and crunchy.
Beef enchiladas are my thing, and I thought they were excellent and came in a good, large portion.
I was particularly impressed with the amount of the chicken that came with our chicken fajitas. It was enough to feed my spouse and our two hungry grade-school children. It was refreshing to get fajitas that had far more meat than onions/peppers. In fact, there weren't peppers, which might freak out some fajita snobs, but we rolled with it.
The rice and beans were good. Indeed, the rice was flavorful enough to eat, which is not common in many Mexican or Tex-Mex restaurants.
One minor gripe would be that the service could be a tad more attentive, but I'm not going to ding the place in the ratings just on one experience with that one server. In truth, he was more interested in the table of 6 that was ordering lots of drinks. He knew which table would be giving him the bigger tip and acted accordingly.
