“Consistently great food!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2013

We eat at Carlyle so often that sometimes we refer to it as out other kitchen! The food is always good but my favorite meal is their crab-cakes. Try their sweet potato fries too, yum! The service has always been excellent too.

“Great food great service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2013

I thought the food was very tasty and the waiter was attentive but not overbearing. I thought of it as pricey but compared to some of the other restaurants in the area I believe it was a good value

“Consistently good”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

We've come here for brunch several times throughout the year. The food is always wonderful, and the service is solid. The beignets are tremendous, as is the burger, French toast, crab cakes...everything we've tried. Great bar, comfortable and airy atmosphere that feels open despite the crowd that is always packed in, especially on weekends.

“Great brunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2013

Always love their food, but they have a great Sunday brunch, and their bread, from the associated Best Buns bread company (located next door) is always wonderful.

“Best food in a long time”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 19, 2013

How often do you get three people at the same time/same table that absolutely love their food. I had a friend visiting from Atlanta who got the blackened Mahi Mahi.. absolute best. My husband got the pecan encrusted trout.. to die for (he rarely likes fish dishes) and I got their Lobster Roll, I am a New England girl, and when they said 1/and 1/4 pound of lobster meat was on the roll, they meant it. Treat yourself and go there. Prices are very reasonable.
