“A O.K. Stay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 11, 2013

We stayed here from July2nd thru the 8th , room, was clean, staff very friendly and helpful, within walking distance of the Metro so we were happy, never moved the jeep once we parked there til the monday we left. The house Cleaning Lady was very very nice, she is in these photos posted, sorry i can not remember her name, she was so kind. we would stay there again in a heartbeat.
its a little outdated but still a cool place to stay.

Room Tip: we had room # 2 it was bright and sunny very quiet hardly heard any noise from outside

Great parking for large size vehicles, very helpful with directions to metro and for cab service.
Wake up calls on time. Good continental breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
I found Judy to be very pleasant and helpful.

While the staff at this very run down motel were excellent, the conditions of the property were deplorable. Upon arrival, I felt like I had stepped through a time portal and was transported back into the 1960's. Fortunately, I was only slated to spend one night here until my itinerary took me across town to a much nicer (and newer) hotel for the remainder of my business trip.

Room Tip: Unless you just need a place to rest for a few hours and everything else is booked, I recommend you...

Decent room. Clean. OLD bathroom, but in very good condition. There were some bugs in the bathroom. Biggest issue was that I could NEVER access internet at hotel for three nights. Usually the wireless signal was non-existent, but even when it was low, the password would never access. The office staff were of no help.

Looks right out of 1958; great place! Difficult to get in & out of property, but well worth it. MATTRESSES were in good condition, but far too soft. NO BUGS FOUND ! Would have preferred exhaust fans in bathrooms. Our entire party was well pleased with each room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: CALL AHEAD & talk to front desk staff. Tell them what you seek.

Looking at the hotel at first sight, one might think "what the hell have I done". But please don't let the outside appearance fool you.

The room was could use some updating as far as decorating is concerned but the room is CLEAN. The bed was also comfy. The hotel staff were great and very helpful.

Also the location is just a stone throw away from the Metro Station.

The room was always clean, but it smelled since we got there, and it never went away. The staff at the front desk were nice, but there is no night shift, so you better not need anything at night.
We kept asking for an extra towel but they never got it to us. It's located near Rosslyn metro station, and to the bus station that goes to the Dulles airport.

Room Tip: Floor level to avoid stairs.
