I'm really not a cupcake fan, but a pastry chef friend of mine really wanted to try this place out. The service was really friendly, I will give it that, but I didn't prefer the cupcakes.
On two separate occasions, I tried both the regular cupcake and the gluten free. I found both cakes very dry. The icing was just okay, but I think I threw 1/2 the cupcake out because it just wasn't worth the fat and calories.
I had a Valentine's cupcake from BestBuns down the street, though, and had I not been in public, I probably would have licked the icing from the parchment wrapper after I devoured the cupcake. So said the non-cupcake eater...
