I would definitely say this is one of the best Greek restaurants I have ever been to. The owners and staff are always there to great you with a warm smile. The wait staff really knows how to indulge you in the finest foods and Greek atmosphere. Between the live music, Greek dancing, service of staff and touches of Greek surroundings you would think you’re actually in Greece. I would highly recommend Taverna Cretekou to be the restaurant of your choice.
Happiness is good, REAL Greek food. In amazing quantities. Love the frescoes, the cozy tables & the waitstaff.

I love Greek food, and this is definitely some of the best I've had (though I haven't been to Greece yet...).
The service is always friendly and attentive, the food is melt-in-your-mouth good (they have an excellent lamb shank that just falls off the bone), and the patio seating in nice weather is lovely. They do some sort of fried feta cheese appetizer where they flambe it right there in front of you - I haven't had it, but I will the next time I go. I love the Greek coffee as well. I haven't had any desserts other than the baklava, which just in general is a bit sweet and rich for me.
Don't pass this place up, even if you've never had Greek food before. You won't be disappointed!
