This is the most horrible hotel and hotel experience I have had in all of my travels. This hotel double billed my credit card, allowed an obviously wild and rowdy party to continue in one of the suites, after continuous complaints from myself about fights, loud and profane noise. I got absolutely no sleep, which I dearly needed as I was traveling due to a death in my family, I could not be moved to another non smoking room, was promised a 50% discount off the room for that night at the price I was paying or to have the room for no charge. The manager would not take any of my phone calls or return my calls in regard to the discrepancies with the room charges and the double billing of my credit card. The hotel is very unclean and host to a karaoke bar, which I witnessed it’s staff attending and intoxicated. From what I witnessed, it is a hangout for young folks. To add insult to injury, when I arrived at the airport I found out all incoming and out going flights where cancelled due to weather, as a result of them double charging my card, I was put in a hardship situation, because when I went to use my card for a room I did not have enough funds. I highly recommend travelers stay away from this hotel especially if you have children or are a business traveler.

I think the negative reviews for this hotel must have it confused with another like named property because I can't see what there is to complain about. The staff is friendly, the breakfast was better than most, the rooms were larger than most, the high speed internet was free, the lobby was gorgeous and I could go on and on. For a moderatly priced hotel - this was a winner.

My only complaint was that the swimming pool (heated outdoor) was more the size of a larged bathtub than a real pool. If you are not planning to swim, then I think you will be happy with this hotel.

My husband and I just spent 1 night at this Quality Inn. The staff was friendly and the spacious room (2 queen beds) was clean, however we had 2 problems with this hotel. Both beds in the room had loud squeaks to the point that I kept walking up my husband even if I barely moved. Of course I did not sleep well either. The 2nd problem was sluggish drains both in the sink and bathtub. If we had stayed another night, I would have told the staff about both problems and asked to be moved.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on our way to DC. The room was clean, good breakfast. The business office connection was a plus. Front desk personnel was very helpful and polite.
