We take your feedback very seriously and are very pleased to hear you enjoyed our clean rooms and pleasant staff. Please accept my apologies for the service issue you experienced in our restaurant. I have tracked down which employees were on duty during your visit and have counseled them accordingly. Excellence is what we strive for in all areas of the hotel and without feedback, both positive and negative, we would not be able to correct problems like this when they arise. Please accept our apologies for the issues you experienced during your visit. I’ve shared your review with both my housekeeping and engineering manager. Engineering has addressed the thermostat, bathroom fan, and air conditioner and our housekeeping team has deep cleaned the hall carpet. “Need Improvement”

The room and location was nice, but upon entering our room I noticed the trash wasn't emptied, towels were still dirty, and there was a glass left over from the previous guest. Housekeeping came and cleaned it all up, but my thought of the place was already tarnished, I kept wondering if the bedding was actually clean or just nicely made. The bar was really nice, even though the bartender wasn't the nicest. In spite of all the things that could have been better I would probably stay at this location again.
