Good solid facilities with lots to offer, proximity to the convention center, easy walk to 6th SAt or even to the Capitol. Staff seemed to be on overload this convention unlike other times i have stayed, no acknowledgement of elite status, no checkout paperwork - which i was informed i would have an option at check in but was never offered, bar seemed to be slow and pouring into dirty glasses, the elite lounge was very pooor, no hot foods, comeon Hilton even the Hampton Inn offers hot breakfast, and difficulty with staff keeping the counters stocked. overall you wont go wrong for location and proximity, good facilities but staff needs work.
