This was my second stay here (the previous was a year ago). I stay here because it's just off Hwy 290 West and is the closest decent motel to Dripping Springs where I attend the Legends of Texas Swing Festival.

The suite is clean, the staff is friendly and the price is pretty good. The only down-side is that it is extremely difficult to navigate the roads/exits. I've stayed here several nights over the past two visits and *still* take the wrong exit off the highway in either direction. The roads are very confusing. Call ahead for directions and do not depend on Mapquest to get you there.
