We dined here for lunch last Friday. Sushi Zushi's decor is clean and crisp. The host seated us promptly and was very courteous. Our server was very knowledgeable about all of the different rolls on the menu, and there are a lot, maybe too many. The choices are unbelievable.
We ordered edamame, miso soup and squid salad to start. All were good and exactly what was to be expected from these staples. Then we ordered 3 rolls and 2 orders of negiri (2 pcs. each). The rolls are large, 8 good size pieces. Initially I was concerned that 3 rolls and 4 pieces of of sushi wouldn't be enough food for two people, and at most places I don't think it would have been, but here it was more than enough.
The fish was fresh, butchered nicely and everything was presented beautifully.
Pricing was fair for the portion size. The standard nigiri runs $4-5.50 for two pieces and the rolls varied but probably average $12-15.00.
