“This area is the heart of Austin.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2012

A great place for a Sunday jog, to meet and greet friends, walk your dog, or get out on a boat. It's the Central Park of Austin.

Don't miss a walk along the Town Lake river and into Zilker Park!

“Great trail/park”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 19, 2012

If you want to run, walk, bike - you can do it. There are several loops - 3mi, 5mi, 7mi, and 10 mi. Pick one and do it. The off leash dog area is awesome. Overall, just a nice walk is even enough for anyone visiting.

“I wish I lived here”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 17, 2012

I would run on this trail every single day. It's so beautiful. I just wish they would make it so its all along the river, because there is one kind of ugly stretch on a highway. But really, that's a minor complaint. There are even water coolers along the way! For some photos: http://www.eatdreamtravel.com/2012/01/swan-lake.html

“what a great relaxation point in Austin”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 15, 2012

The city has done a great job of providing a great path and very nice park areas along Lady Bird Lake, great place to walk, run, ride a bike, take a segway, fish, you name it.
