“Interesting...wish I could have seen more”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012

The library is located on the University of Texas campus. As noted in other reviews, most of the exhibits are closed due to renovation. The oval office is open and includes many LBJ artifacts and books and takes you back to the technology and style of the 60’s. There is a small display of gifts received during his presidency, his limousine, and political cartoon sketches. The staff was friendly and excited to share what they knew about LBJ. The library has always been free of charge, however, I heard there will be an admission fee after the renovations have been completed. If I’m ever in Austin again, I’ll definitely visit the library. I’ve been to a couple of other presidential libraries and it’s an enjoyable slice of history.
