Service-wise, this hotel is excellent. Very efficient check-in; very polite. Breakfast staff were also efficient and friendly/helpful.
Hotel is clean and well maintained.
The issue is the road noise. The windows are NOT noise-reducing types and there is heavy and loud noise from I-35 Interstate. The noise reminds me of much cheaper hotels that I have stayed in. Suggest to request a room that does NOT face I-35.
The hotel management should ensure that their most frequent guests (Diamond members) are booked into rooms that face away from the interstate.
If you are a deep sleeper, this hotel is a 5. If you are a light sleeper, then 3.
