Beautiful place, great location - minutes from 183. Nice and cool, air conditioner stayed on all night and it was very comfortable. Great bed, bathroom items. Nothing to complain about - didn't have the breakfast but a lot of people did and it looked good!

Close to shopping and dining. The Domain is an outstanding upscale shopping center nearby. The Gateway is an OK shopping experience. Both are very close. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The mattress wasn't as nice as many Hilton properties, but it worked. The bathrooms lacked a second sink or exhaust fan. Otherwise they were clean.

I got a walk-in room after the Marriott across the street overbooked their reservations.
I got cut a good deal on the nightly rate in-spite of them not being able to find the corporate rate.

The room was a disabled access room which seemed to back on to a housekeeping area accessed from the vending area. The housekeeping staff were very noisy first thing in the morning, banging on the wall that backed onto the headboard and having loud conversations.
Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, but I was working nights.

Some of the reception staff could put more effort into at least seeming friendlier. I didn't get my receipt on checkout day, while asking for a receipt there was no thank you, no goodbye, nothing said at all really.

Swans now seem to be an atrium attraction, saw some in California too.

Clean enough, nice enough, just a little noisy first thing.

Room Tip: not backing on to housekeeping/vending

NCLimey,
I am glad your stay was "trouble free". Thank you for your valuable feedback. I am sorry about the noise from our Housekeeping team and that our Front Desk team wasn't friendly. I have shared your comments with those team leaders and we are addressing the issues. I hope you choose to stay with us again in the future.
Thank you
Paul

Embassy Suites is nice because they have large rooms. We came here on a business trip on a budget. So 1 suite for three people worked out perfectly. We had two beds and a couch bed. The only problem we had was a mysterious leak where the carpet around the bathroom was wet and stayed wet. It was really late at night and we were only staying one night so we didn't complain. Great to have included breakfast the next morning and we got free wifi for being Hilton Honors members. Overall the location and quality were pretty good.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay. It is clean and bright. The furnishings are clean and well maintained. The made to order breakfast, included in your room fee, is hare to beat. They will fix anything you ask for and in a couple of minutes it is in your hands. Omlets, pancakes, meats, etc - all fresh and ready to go. Has two living mascots in the lobby - royal swans in a beautiful habitat just for them. Beautiful. Staff was professional and very available. Bathroom and bedding was spotless - comfortable.

We had a family reunion at this hotel and loved everything about it. The hotel was clean, rooms were great and the staff was most excellent. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. We are thinking of returning next year, The pool was nice too, and being indoors was great as we didn't have to deal with the heat. My grand daughter loved the swans and the fish. the lobby was wonderful for sitting around on the couches and visiting. all in all a very good experience.
