Recently visited this place that we frequented for many years, but got off our regular rotation. So had the things I remember best....get a salad with house French dressing, um good....and the HOT rolls, forget any diet, they are to die for....ask for honey if not on table. Was not impressed with the bacon wrapped filet. Too thick, small, had to send back to get done properly and not the best taste. I remember the chicken fried and will get it next time. Excellent service, nice pleasant, attractive staff. Had new paint and looked really fresh. Was told the original owners had reaquired and were working hard to get it out of hole from last owner. Offered a free beer with entree, that hinted to me that liquor license was not present, but maybe working on acquiring it. Will be back, but will stick to the best...chicken fried steak.
