Theres a lot of other places to stay. The rooms smell. You can hear a train behind the motel your whole stay. There is no breakfast, just coffee. The pool is very very small and it's like 4ft deep. The people at the front desk partied our first night. It's cheap, the rooms look cheap. we didn't even have a fitted sheet on our bed, just two flat sheets.

I booked two rooms, with two queen sized beds in each room. I got ONE queen sized and one pull out trundle bed. Billy the manager wouldn't fix this.Broken floor tiles, urine smelling carpet, cigarette burns in both non smoking rooms, broken lamps stored in the closet. a FOUR FOOT TALL broken lamp. Broken door latches, stained carpets, ashes in the bed? Continental breakfast was very stale donuts. The whole place smelled bad. Walls were patched and not even painted. NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE in any way. No ramps, cant get wheelchairs into the bathroom. Manager blocks the driveway with his white SUV? This is the most horrid place I have ever had the misfortune to stay out, and after 27 years in the Army that is saying a LOT. Terribly over priced. Complained to America's Best Value Managment, who said the hotel manager would be in contact with me. Never heard from him again. This place is only fit for a horror movie.

Room Tip: Stay somewhere else, even if you have to sleep in your car.

Wow. I had read reviews of this place so I thought it would be ok. We checked in after dark and were nervous by several people hanging around the parking lot. The rooms all face inside towards a covered atrium but there are no security doors to open for getting inside the hotel. You are able to just walk inside the atrium without using any keys.
The rooms are small and the furniture and bedding are very dated. There was a refrigerator which worked fine but no ice except at the front desk. There are no closets for hanging any clothes and there is no hair dryer in the room. So, basically a place to sleep and go. There was loud partying in the pool/atrium area and we were awakened at 2:30 by a drunk man yelling. The next night there was yelling and partying and a naked woman in the pool. If that's the kind of place you are looking for, have at it.
We won't be going back, that is for sure.

Room Tip: Go somewhere else.

first off we arrived a little after the 2pm checkin only to be told that the owner would be back in 10 minutes to check us in. Once we did get checked in, we opened the door to a hot box of a room on the top floor that had the air was on but not at all working. I went downstairs to switch rooms and the owner told me a bold face lie about the entire hotel being full but we were the first people to check in and it was clear that plenty of rooms were open. We switched to a lower floor rm that was much cooler. We had no maid service...the continental breakfast was only freaking donuts.i had to send my son to get another roll of toilet paper because there was no extra in the room. We barely tolerated this place only because it is near hurricane harbor, six flags, cowboy and rangers ball parks/stadium and was cost effective on a last minute vacay for a family of 6. Americas best value inn should remove this property off its list because i know they have better quality prpoerties elsewhere...i will never stay here again

This motel is located at 1000 Division, 2 blocks south of Cowboys Stadium. Owners Bob and Cathy went above and beyond to make our brief stay fantastic. We went to a Texas Rangers game and Bob offered to drive us to the Ball Park and pick us up after the game, free of charge!!! This is an older motel, but it has been remodeled and everything was very neat and clean. All parking is color-video monitored at the desk which is manned all night. The pool is tropical themed with tons of plants and it is very clean. It is in the center courtyard and covered so it's like an atrium. I asked for ground floor and Bob had our rooom ready when we checked in. When making reservations, call directly and Bob will give you a good deal (ours was $46 for the night, walking distance to the stadium!). Rooms have a refrigerator/ freezer, TV, couch, and king size bed.

Room Tip: Call the motel for reservations

We stayed here during a Kenny Chesney concert at the Cowboy's Stadium. At first I was a bit apprehensive because the area was not an area I would normally visit. Although its not the Ritz Carlton by any means, they make up for it with their prices and their hospitality. All personnell were beyond kind and accomodating. The hotel is older, but they have done a great job at keeping it clean and inviting. The atrium pool area is a great place to relax and visit. They have an extensive camera system which helped me to feel safe in a not so safe neighborhood. Someone is on duty 24/7 and we would stay again in a heartbeat. There is a paved walkway right to the stadium that took us about 10min to walk, at a leisurly pace. Would stay again without a 2nd thought. Stadium parking was $35. Hotel room $50 which included parking!! And no worries about a DUI.
