Stayed at this hotel last week for a conference and it is one of the best I have stayed at in a while! The customer service was outstanding. The banquet/catering staff was very attentive. It was conveniently located to all of my needs. I want to mention "Tom" was the best!! He went above and beyond to "cater" to all of us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone that travels to this area.

This hotel is very clean. We stayed here because they offered a shuttle to the Rangers game. As it turns out, the shuttle is operated by the City of Arlington (I think) and runs a route around many of the hotels in the area. It ended up being about a 25 minute shuttle ride (we were the first hotel to get on the shuttle) because of all the stops. We could walk it in the same amount of time. We actually did walk back instead of taking the shuttle. They have a little bar/restaurant area where we had breakfast. It was good, but seemed a little pricey.

Stayed here for Rangers game 8-25-12. Two queen suite. Price was comparable to lesser hotels. Located within mile of both Rangers and Cowboys Stadiums. Trolley available to take you to both and pick you up. Beds were comfy. Air conditioner was awful loud. Room was spacious, and had small fridge and microwave. Price at Sporting News Cafe was decent, pizza quality very good, and plated breakfast was same price as IHOP, plus kids eat free with parents meal. Would stay here again if price was same or less.

Stayed here based on reviews and the proximity to Dallas and Ft. Worth. Also had Rangers tickets. Very nice facility but my room had the appearance of being recently renovated, mainly in the bathroom. Nothing major however, just shoddy tile work and old toilet with hard water stains, which detracted from the overall quality of the room. Typical fridge, coffee set up and microwave.
Free parking and WiFi, which is bonus as other chains seem to charge these services now.
Overall, a good stay.
