We looked into the issues you outlined and found out that you were only authorized at check in for the 3 nights that you were going to stay. This is not charged to your card, just on hold until you checked out. When you checked out early and paid cash...this released your card from the charge. Your bank usually holds the authorization for a couple of days (depending on your bank) then releases it. Our records only show that you paid for 2 nights...nothing was charged. “Very good for the price”

Very good price. Although small, the room was clean and comfortable! It was all we needed. The staff seemed a little confused upon check-in and check-out, but we didn't have any problems. It was also close to the ferry.

“Decent Lodging at Fair Price”

the location was good for us as we wanted to explore Aransas Pass and Port Aransas area. The price is less than on the Port Aransas side yet is only a short drive away. Room was clean, very small, functional. Basic lodging at fair price. Nearby to good supermarket and a couple of restuarants. I'd stay again. Nothing fancy. Basic, clean, good, safe, good price.
