I was able to get this room through Priceline because I wanted to go to the Sea Fair in Rockport Oct. 7-9. I have been told by my family not to ever book another room at this location ever again. We stayed here this past June and that should have sent up some red flags when something was floating in the swimming pool at the bottom and it was BROWN. The manager had to go and fish it out of the pool. The pool has chlorine, but that was disgusting. The breakfast could be much better especially when you have children traveling with you. The rooms need to be updated big time and I think next time we will do our best to try and book a room closer to Rockport-Fulton which is what I tried to do, but nothing was available. It is true though, you get what you pay for!

Hotel looks ok from outside. Rooms were roomy but furniture was run down. Fold out bed was in horrible shape. A/c did not work well. Finally figured it out. It was cool out side so we were going to use hot tube, it was not working. The breakfast was lacking as well. OJ was only giving water, sausage was cold, overall perception was poor. The place has a lot of potential. Hope it was just a bad weekend on their part.
