I stopped to have a decent solid meal after traveling 8 hours. It wasn't very busy, I was able to be seated immediately and my table had a good view of the restaurant. I waited about 15 minutes before I had to ask the hostess for a server. A had to wait an additional 5 minutes before someone came over to take my drink order. The waiter I did have was unable to answer the questions that I had about two items on the menu, so he took my drink order and went to get the answers. I got two refills on my iced tea and one on my water before he came back with the answers. I finally put my order into the kitchen after waiting about 45 minutes, closer to 40 probably, but approaching an hour. About 20 minutes later, someone who I believe to be a manager approached my table and asked if I was hungry. Didn't apologize for taking so long, didn't offer me anything, just asked if I was hungry. I was, so I said I was and told them that I've been traveling and such. That's when the manager told me that they accidentally gave my food to another table, so I'd have to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for my food. Plus, they decided to butterfly my steak to get it cooked faster, which given the option, I would have declined. My waiter started bring my food piecemeal. My fries came before my salad. They apparently forgot to bring me dinner rolls because those were the last thing I was served. The only thing I was offered for the delay in my food and the overly-expended dinner experience I had ( which in total was around 2 hours and 15 minutes) was an extra serving of French fries. So to sum up: I had to ask for a waiter, they gave my food away, they prepared my food in a way that I didn't want, and sat there for 2:15 and all that got me was extra French fries. That was my entire experience but i should say something about the food - Because they butterfly'd my steak, it was dry even though I ordered it medium.
