“Incredible Burger!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2013 via mobile

This is one incredible burger joint. Ignore its curb appeal. Don't worry about the line winding into the parking lot. If you love a great burger, this place is for you!

“Great dive...outstanding burger”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2013

Based on Trip Advisor reviews, we opted to try this burger dive on a recent trip through Amarillo. As others have said, don't let the outside appearance scare you off, but if you can't handle bit of charm in the form of tobacco stained ceilings or a bathtub full of iced-down beer, you should move on to the nearest personality-free chain. We both ordered burgers, which were huge, juicy, and tasty. We couldn't decide between splitting fries or onion rings, and our waitress offered to do half and half which was the perfect treat. The onion rings were good, but the fries were excellent! It was the least expensive dinner we'd had out in the week we were traveling, and we certainly didn't leave hungry. We pass through Amarillo every now and then and will definitely return to the Coyote Bluff Cafe. My only complaint is that it is too far from home to make it a weekly pilgrimage!

“Hard to find! Worth the search!!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 25, 2013

Fantastic burger and enough onion rings to feed half a football team! Place reeks of atmosphere - autographed dollar bills everywhere! If you haven't had a burger from hell you need to try it!

“you will love it”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 22, 2013

Small place, you could call it a hole in the wall place. Dont let the looks deceive you. The food is excellent large portions for a great price. The food is not fancy just down home burgers.

“Rough Around the Edges but decent food!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 9, 2013 via mobile

A work colleague and I went in at 2:00pm in the afternoon simply for the experience. We had heard about the place on Man Vs Food and wanted to try it out. The place at first glance is small and ran down. Inside we seated ourselves and the waitress was nice. We ordered chili cheese fries for appetizer and split their signature burger " Burger From Hell" As we waited for food we noticed the place is just absolutely filthy. The ceiling tile, fixtures, blinds, windows are covered in dirt, grease, cobwebs and U.F.O.'s of sorts.... The appetizer was good, the burger was very spicy but fantastic . If you want to eat a heart stopping meal go here. If you are looking for clean healthy environment, pass. It's a dive with great greasy food and cold beer. Pick your poison!
