Why does a lovely, established restaurant have to rush diners? It was Restaurant Week with special price fixed meals that with drinks come to over $100 for two. There were even some empty tables- so our table wasn't needed. Food was fine although obviously smaller portions. Before the wine was served---- due to some back log with the bartender that kept us waiting, the server wanted to take our dinner order. First signal- why the rush with us but not with the beverage service? "All courses must be placed at once" to expedite things--ok. No bread left --the server didn't notice or ask if we wanted any more. Another drink for the lady- no one bothered to ask. Dessert plate was removed before the dessert course was finished by both. What's the rush guys?? We probably won't be back, I usually love going here. Dining should be a fully enjoyable experience.
