“A nice quiet motel.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2013

Room was clean; had a microwave and fridge and 2 chairs. Bath was a little small, but adequate. A couple of restaurants close by and more within a couple of miles. About 5 minutes from downtown Maryville or the airport. Well away from the highway, so it was quiet. Breakfast was fine and service very good. No problems at all which is what I want when I'm travelling.

We chose this Hotel thinking that it was closer to the SM, it is about 1:15 hours from it but still a good choice if you don't want to stay in a cabin.

The hotel has a decent breakfast and an awesome restaurant nearby (Texas Grill)

Thank you for your comments and sharing your experience on Trip Advisor. The Quality Inn is a great place to stay and a good location if you are heading to the Smoky Mountains. I realize we are not in the Smoky Mountains but a great value on your way.

We look forward to your next visit to the area and hope you will stay with us again.

Again, thank you so much for your comments.

Sincerely,

They tried to give me a double when I booked a king but luckily I was able to get the room i reserved. Otherwise, I would have gone elsewhere. Rooms are small but not cramped. Furniture was really dusty. Pool was nice. Beds are REALLY firm which I find uncomfortable. Hot breakfast was really good. Convenient location.

Much nicer than I ever expected from a Quality Inn. Guest suites are very clean and roomy. Actually pretty nice! The hotel is less than 5 miles from the airport and convenient. I have to give the 5 stars to the night staff, especially Leslie Barringer. While I was waiting my turn, I watched several guests compliment her attention to their requests. She was very professional, yet friendly. Love her! She was actually helping to fold laundry whenever she wasn't helping guests! Great little hotel....ask for Leslie!

Quality Inn is not the Ritz in price, but the service and the staff are FANTASTIC. Cindy and Vicky, at the front desk, with two other colleagues (Leslie and Vicky from the night shift ) will give you a GOOD Southern welcome. Try to get a room with a view of the lake. You will see the interstate in the distance, but just play short sighted. For the travellers from outside the wonderful South where I was born, they even have smokin rooms. Virginia tobacco and the tobacco from Extremedura in Spain are the best....So enjoy. Ease on down to Puleo's Grille for a good meal. I understand that there is a promotion whereby with the purchase, the give you a free portion of lasagna which you can take out. Ciao a tutti !

Room Tip: See above in the back with view of lake.

This hotel is conveniently located, very clean, great prices, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I would recommend anyone staying here! It is right beside the airport and has free shuttle and free parking for 14 days!

This was one of the nicest motels we have stayed at in Alcoa. Staff was super friendly, the breakfast was good and the room was very nice. The bathroom was oddly shaped but it served its purpose, its not like you have to sleep in it. The bed was super nice & the flat screen tv kinda spoiled us. I will definately stay here again.
