Our flight was cancelled last minute after being at the airport for over 8 hours. We rushed across the street to LaQuinta and was greeted by a happy, smiling face, Laura Smith. We explained our situation to Laura, who was very helpful and compassionate. Within minutes she was giving us room keys, explained everything in the area which we might need or want to go to. She was our "ray of sunshine" in a dismal day! Her personality and demeanor was more than welcomed after the stressful day we had. She even apologized for the airline messing up our trip!. It was awesome to stay at a place so warm and inviting, thanks to Laura. If i travel this way again you can be assured I will DEFINITELY stay at LaQuinta. It is a very nice, clean hotel as well. But it the employees such as Laura, that will bring me and my family back! Laura we can't thank you enough!.. See you soon!

Room Tip: I dont think there is a bad room to stay in!

The property is beautiful, the staff pleasant & so helpful! Ashley at the front desk always has a smile for you when you return in the afternoon, fresh coffee & yummy cookies! She answers questions about nearby restaurants & attractions. Even though I was traveling for work, it was relaxing & refreshing!

If you are coming to Knoxville/Maryville and need a place to stay near the airport, you would do well to book at this hotel. They have the friendliest staff I have ever encountered in my many stays playing softball all over the south the last 30 years. The room rate was very competitive. I want to single out JIM, the hospitality guy who took care of our breakfast each morning. He is the perfect guy for this job and made our team feel special. ASHLEY and LAURA, desk clerks, took care of us in a special way, and even apologized that she didn't have shaving cream as we had forgotten ours. She did provide us with toothpaste and other toiletries we had forgotten.
The lime green with black accent 2012 and 2014 Lamborghinis were a treat to look at and listen to on their departures. I have never seen a lime green with black accent Jeep with Rhino lining paint job, but there it was in the parking lot. Surely you are doing something right, La Quinta, to attract such fiercely precocious travelers. ("Cool color, mate")
La Quinta management, you don't want to lose these employees. They are special.

Inn was wonderfully located near the airport, but there was less noise then I thought that there would be. Lots of food choices but picked it because to the wonderful hot breakfast. Well stocked and had anything you might need for a hot breakfast, eggs, sausage, bagels waffles, muffins, juice coffee, fruit, It was a great experience. H

Security was horrible. someone entered room.. switched rooms three times. felt unsafe. Lack of security in hotel made my trip unpleasant with my family. Will not stay in this hotel again due to lack of security not provided in hotel

We were greeted by Ashley when we checked in the hotel. Ashley took great care of us! She was friendly and very helpful in answering our questions and providing what we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay and it was great to have such great customer service and attention. We felt welcome during our stay and enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. Housekeeping was also very friendly and gave us a warm greeting in the morning as we were preparing to leave.
