Noble Bakery is more than a bakery. It's sourdough bread is excellent and made the proper way. The other selections are delicious, especially the Morning Glory Muffins
They also have grass-fed meat , chicken and great milk and eggs.
I always get chicken stock when i visit to use in soups.

“Excellent!”

This is our new grocery store even though it is 30 min. from our home. The food is perfect quality, both the cafe and the groceries. My kids love to stop in to eat when we come up for groceries. Every single item is unprocessed and traditionally cooked from scratch. It just does not get any better than this.

“OMG, did you know you can get oxtail and hangersteak here?! =O”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2013

This isn't just a bakery. It's also not just a natural-food-supply store. It's a mix of bistro and natural foods and bakery goods. =D There is a lot to love about this little hidden gem. It's in a weird location, but it's worth dropping by.

It made me sad they don't have all of the meat on their charts in all the time, but if you leave your name and contact info, they said they'll contact us when things come in.

Sooo....I am waiting for a phone call for oxtail. harhar. =)

They have really excellent blueberry muffins, and macaroons (sp?), and I wish they'd make french macarons. I'd originally gone to this store thinking that the macaroons were the macarons, but they're actually different. The kind they have is like a coconut haystack of sorts, and it is very large and rich and a singular one is enough for me in one sitting. Macarons are smaller, poofy things, sugary, crunchy skin but soft inside, and usually filled with something like almondy paste or chocolate ganache. Ah well, the coconut macaroons they had were yummy, I just very much wish they had french macarons too!

They have a lot of meat selections, but not all of them are there at a given time.

They also have ikura-salmon roe, available. It's yummy. The top layer had a few that were a little weird looking--looked dried out (white)... which was strange. I didn't eat those. I wasn't sure if it was frostbitten or dried out or what. The rest of it was fine though, and I paired it with rice and smoked salmon at home and it was great.

They have a good selection of bistro-style food and teas. =) They also had a strange bottled tea in the fridge, Kombucha? It tasted funny and fizzy and was alright.

All in all, if you want something interesting to try on the weekend, or want good bread, this is where I'd go.

They're open till 6pm, so I can still make it there after work some times.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2012

I love small, quaint places with great, wholesome food - and Noble Breads definitely fits the bill. Generous sandwiches on wonderful breads, great selection of chips and drinks. Their chicken salad is YUM! Staff is very friendly and informative as well. Give them a try!
