El Limon is what I always look for in a Mexican restaurant--inexpensive but delicious food. Most "Mexican" restaurants in the area are really Tex-Mex, and mostly "Tex" at that. El Limon serves Mexican food the way I'm used to having it.The menu is simple, but it has all the standards. I really like the nachos (served with guacamole and a light sour cream sauce) and the green enchiladas with tinga (marinated chicken). It's not exactly a fancy dining room, but it doesn't have to be, and they offer take-out too. My only wish is that they had tamales too. Overall, it's not fancy but it hits the spot.
