Stayed in suite 3 on 3/7/07. As other Trippers have noted this Inn is in a strangish location, on the outskirts of Ashland close to a car dealership and a few homes needing a little attention. Both the location and the "stinky tap water" are a product of the Inn's original siting on top of a Lithia Spring.
The tap water has a mild sulphur smell, but there was bottled water in the in-room fridge. Our room was clean, with a front sitting room, a two person jetted tub on one side, separate bedroom and bathroom. Everything was red carpet or tile, nicely maintained.
The staff was very cordial and helpful. The breakfast was very good, especially the incredibly light homemade scones. Fresh OJ, spiced pears, organic strawberry preserves and eggs benedict completed the meal.
There is no in-room t.v..
The grounds were very well maintained, with paths for strolling and enjoying the many plantings. Spring should be beautiful there.
We chose this facility because they do not allow smoking or pets. I'd recommend it highly to anyone with similar interests. Our price was $100 due to off season rates, and that seemed to be a fair price for the value rec'vd.
