Located in a strip mall, Senor Sams does not immediately impress with its storefront, casual atmosphere. The food is prepared sort of cafeteria style where you choose your ingredients and a worker assembles the burrito, taco, or whatever the case may be. The good news, and it is very good news indeed, is that the food is absolutely delicious. I eat a lot of burritos and Senor Sams made the best tasting burrito I have ever had. Choice of maybe 6 kinds of tortillas. Fresh ingredients including delicious guacamole. A very veggie friendly place, as are most restaurants in Ashland. The prices are cheap. This is a terrific find for a great plate of cheap and delicous Mexican food.
