I go to Noble for one thing: lattes to be consumed on site. The baristas are artists, pulling perfect shots, steaming milk to the precise temperature, and finishing it off with a perfect fern. They go a bit over the top with their "single-source, ultra-organic, shade-grown, volcanic-soil, small-batch, high-altitude" beans at $18 (and up) for 6 oz, but for the perfect latte, or just a perfect espresso, they can't be beat.

“Best Coffee around”

This is the most delicious coffee, and i am giving it 5 stars for that. The cups are small and no refills, but still amazing.

“Best coffee shop in Ashland.”

Service is very friendly. Coffee is best in town. Tea is loose leaf. Baked goods are very tasty. Very large sitting area with good wifi. The perfect place to enjoy a great start to your day. They close at 4:00pm. I love the apricot croissants.

“INCREDIBLE!”

This place is always crowded with locals. Their baristas are masters (and artistic) and the coffee is fabulous. Put it this way -- I have to ship their beans back to my daughter at college because no other coffee will do.

They don't just serve espresso here, they craft it without compromise. All organic, house-roasted and brewed with a La Marzocco. Exquisite.
