“Tasty Small Plates”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 22, 2013

Good quality food in a fun lively place. If you are really hungry though you may want to go somewhere else or the prices will add up!

“FRESH SQUEEZED”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2013

It's the fresh squeezed lime juice and other fresh ingredients that makes this place pop. I don't live in Ashland, so I dream about returning to Agave for that real-Mexico flavor.

“A pleasant surprise!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 30, 2013

Little place with limited seating with a limited menu. We were pleasantly surprised with our choice. We came with a hesitant desire for Mexican. We do like our seafood tacos and salads. The menu was sufficient to meet our needs and the service was quality with helpful suggestions. Check out the menu on Tripadvisor and determine if this is a place to visit.

“Locals Love It”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 29, 2013

We're locals and we love this place. Best Margarita's ever if you don't mind sipping them from a plastic cup -- we wish they had real glasses, but you can't have everything. The guac is great and so are the chips and salsa. We know the menu by heart but look at it once in a while anyway. Soups are good and homemade -- try the Sopa de Lima. We usually order tacos, but the salads and tamales are good too. We wish they would expand the menu, just a little. And we wish the previous owner (got ill and had to sell) had passed on a few good manners to the kids who own the place now. They're probably still trying to figure it all out, but the recipes are off by a tiny percent compared to before and so is the service. But we still love going there.

“Tiny treasure”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 19, 2013

Delicious affordable food served in a tea-cup of a restaurant. We loved the hand-made tortillas, the sauted fish, carnita, and carne asada tacos, black bean and corn salad.
