Just spent 2 nights at the BW Albany Inn - the carpet was stained and dirty - the subfloor was disintegrating or something because when you walked on it you could feel holes/deterioration - DON"T TAKE OFF SHOES OR WALK BARE FOOT - Bathroom tiles cracked and repaired by a do-it your self person without any experience - room looked out over McDonalds and sat next to HWY 5 so it was noisy - young man at the front desk was nice - however it's apparent that the overall quality of the hotel is pretty bad and they are trying to hide it with paint and caulk - Guest Beware-one very small soap and one very small shampoo bottle, two medium scratchy thin towels- no conditioner- so make sure you bring your own when you go - pluses - internet in the lobby and good water pressure in the shower - I thought Best Western had higher standards than this - expect the worst and if it's not you will be pleasantly surprised!
