“Just what you'd expect from a Sleep Inn”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2013

Spent Saturday 7/20 in Austintown, OH and the Sleep Inn was the perfect location, right off the highway. The other reviews had me a little nervous but should not have, this Sleep Inn is very nice and clean. The room is typical, alibit small bathroom but that is what the Sleep Inns are. Everything was clean & tidy. There was the basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, & lotion. Coffee w/condiments were provided.
The front desk clerks on Saturday were very nice, Sunday morning the gentleman behind the desk, dressed in jeans, could have cared less if we were there or not. He did not ask about our stay, makes me wonder why!
BEWARE the walls in the rooms are PAPER THIN so keep that in mind!
The breakfast is basic but fills the need. The breakfast nook is just that, a nook. The food bar & 2 tables for 4, 3 for 2 all in an area 4 feet X 6 feet. 1 extra table for 3 in the lobby! When it's a full house it caused a little of a problem and the attendent had no desire to be there Sunday morning, she must have been with the frond desk guy all night.
Do not hesitate to stay here ~~~ you will not be disappointed, even in light of the thin walls & cramped breakfast quarters.
The location is great ~ walk to Quaker Steak, Perkins, or across the street to the mini mart.

Room Tip: Stayed in Room 208 King non smoking ~ looks out over the back so no problems with keeping the blinds...

Very clean and accommodating hotel. Check in was easy and management was very nice. Breakfast area is a bit small, but still nice. Rooms are clean and updated. The only issue is that the indoor pool, while very nice, had a very strong chlorine odor which burned your eyes just by being in the room. Overall we were quite pleased.

Just a quick night stay. Room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. Typical breakfast with waffles, fruit, sausage, yogurt, and breads. Fast food restaurants and gas stations neighbor the hotel property.

The rooms are small. We had to ask for fridge in room (pictures on website looked like every room had one) and clerk had to go find a room with one in it. She was very pleasant while going about this task. Alright place for a one night stay. Located right off major interchange.

This hotel had the best rate and with good reason. The front desk staff was nice. After that it went down hill. The rooms were super small! No tubs just showers-queen sized beds but I think they were actually full sized. The beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows were half the size of a regular pillow. The walls between rooms were thin so you could hear everything going on the room next door. Hair was found in the shower. Pool was small but nice. No towels at the pool. No hot tub- no fitness center. I wouldn't stay here again. Not a place for a comfortable nights stay.

We rented a room for one night. Called to verify that one only charge would be placed on our card. No holds no anything else one charge. 2 were on our account before we even walked into our room. The room smelled, there was drip and spot marks all over the wall by the bed. The toilet sounded like a semi collision when you flushed it and the door wouldnt close. It was loud and uncomfortable. When we went to speak to the owner in the morning about the charges (and yes were we obviously mad) he mad it seem as if we were ridiculous and basically threw us out. I would rather sleep in a box and deal with sewer rats in the morning then stay here. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere

If your traveling to Eastern Ohio on a budget and don't need much space the sleep inn is for you. However it wasn't very fitting for myself and friends. Walls were paper thin so you could hear everything happening next door and above you, at about 2:30 AM Management came knocking on everyone's doors telling people to keep it down, meanwhile I was sound asleep preparing for a business meeting in the morning. Rooms are small, paper walls, cheap. Like I said perfect hotel if your traveling on a budget.
