Used Groupon for one night's stay of a 2 night weekend visit. My wife and I had a very relaxing weekend there, at dinner twice at restaurant and took advantage of spa treatment. Everything was good until checkout, there I noticed the bill was inaccurate and they didn't handle the Groupon correctly. Lady agreed with me and told she would handle and give me credit within 3 days. Been over a week and I have not received credit or notification from them. I'd avoid them at all costs. Also, supposed to be a Spa hotel, our shower head in our Spa bathroom was terrible so we requested new one or change of room and they replaced with cheap head from Lowe's.
