This is a great hotel. We stayed here for the NFL Hall of Fame Weekend. The hotel was an easy 25 minute drive to all the festivities in Canton, but without all the crowds. There are several restaurants within a few miles of the hotel, as well as a WalMart in case you forgot to pack anything. The hotel staff was very friendly, the room very comfortable, and the free breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again.

At my recent stay at this location, I was very upset with the way me and family were treated.I asked for a refund after being in the room only 30 minutes.I was told that I couldn't get my money back.I was harrassed by the desk clerk and manager with phone calls to my room.My family was escorted out by Alliance police after being in the hotel for a total of 7 hours.I was given an excuse that I had too many people in my room, when I actually just had my 2 daughters and wife.I would not ever step foot in this location ever in life !

My husband and I stayed there last weekend and it was great! The rooms were very clean, stair wells were freshly painted well lit (I take stairs for exercise and you wouldn't believe the condition of some), and the staff was above and beyond in their service and friendliness. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and filling. We didn't get to swim in the pool, but those who were seemed to be enjoying it. Close location to mall was great! Definitely worth taking a trip there to just 'get away'!

My family and I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Alliance, Ohio from Friday, last week to Monday. After reading some reviews, I had decided that this hotel was not for us. I called the hotel to talk with the manager, who was not in at the time, and ended up speaking with Mindy, who had just started on the front desk. It is because of her that we stayed in this hotel. She was informative, friendly, and bent over backwards to help me. After talking with her, I felt like I had known her for quite awhile. When we arrived, worn out, we were truly pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff was friendly, and inviting. The room was clean, with many new upgrades. There was a pet area for our pup, the breakfast was excellent and filling. The pool area was clean, and great fun for our 2 teenagers. The cleaning staff was very friendly and so helpful. We were visiting my brother and his family, and they had invited us to stay in their home, but the hotel, with its wonderful ammenities and the easy access to the mall was a major plus. This made us decide to stay the three days that we were there, instead of at my brothers home. Lacy was a wonderful young lady and full of charm. The manager on duty on Monday, the day that we departed was exceptionally congenial. All in all, our stay was wonderful and this hotel is excellent, and I am very hard to please when it comes to hotels and motels because I am so particular. I would truly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Alliance/Canton area. You will be so pleased! A special thank you to all of the staff for a job well done!
